Stockland is the largest diversified property company in Australia.

In June 2014 Stockland released a competitive tender for the delivery of a web tool that incorporated environmental, social and financial metrics into a single integrated analytics and reporting platform.

The chosen solution was to replace the functionality of several of their existing platforms including elements of their billing software and social sustainability reporting platform into ‘one single source of truth’. In addition to the standard environmental data collection and reporting functionality.

Overview

The City of Sydney has a population of 5.3 million people and is also founding member of the C40 climate leadership group. In 2015, Kinesis was selected to deliver the City of Sydney’s Environmental Sustainability Platform (ESP), aimed at analysis and reporting of city- wide or top-down datasets.

In 2015 Deakin University went to market in search of a software based solution that would help them achieve their sustainability measurement and reporting aspirations, that is, to focus on ‘what matters most’ across their environmental, financial and social sustainability performance.

City of Melbourne is one of Australia’s largest metropolitan councils by revenue, managing over 500 assets across their 37km² LGA.

In 2013, Melbourne City Council released an RFQ for an Environmental Data Management System to manage and report the energy, water and emissions across the entire portfolio.
